Our Fitness Consultation is a FREE service that we offer to all our potential clients. Whether you are going to be doing In- home, Outdoor, Training in our studio or even Online Personal training, we want to make sure that we prescribe the correct fitness regime for your fitness levels and goals.
We will assess the following during your fitness consultation:
– Medical history
– Exercise history
– Exercises to determine your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness
The consultation not only allows our team to put give you the best possible training plan, but it also allows us to track and chart your progress.
